Allen Glaubitz - A&P / IA
Allen Glaubitz, the Director of Maintenance (DOM) at J&G Aviation, has been passionate about aircraft mechanics since completing A&P school in December 2020. A proud combat veteran, Allen served in the Army as a Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division, with deployments to Afghanistan.
His love for aviation led him back to A&P school, graduating in late 2020. Allen began his aviation maintenance career with L3 Harris, focusing on sheet metal work. He joined J&G Aviation in 2022 and quickly became a key member of the team, playing an
integral role in the operations leadership.
Originally from Nebraska, Allen has lived in Texas since the age of three. He graduated from Nimitz High School in South Irving and earned a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Texas at Arlington. Outside of work, Allen enjoys camping, WW2 aviation history, trivia, and BBQ.
