Eliacim Cortes - A&P, PE
Eliacim Cortes (aka “EC”), J&G Aviation’s Avionics Lead, has had a passion for all things aviation, his entire life. He has been an integral part of J&G Aviation since 2018.
EC’s qualifications include Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering, Professional Engineer (PE) certification, FAA A&P certification, Avionics Line Maintenance certification from Tarrant Community
College (TCC), and a FAA Sport Pilot license. EC is the J&G Aviation “go to” for our most difficult electronic & electrical troubleshooting discrepancies.
Eliacim is a dedicated family man and a man of faith. He is also an extremely faithful and trusted friend and colleague. His attention to detail and regulatory knowledge is without peer. When he is not “wrenching”, EC is fully engaged with his additional passion of sound engineering, supporting both his church and his son’s band in their
musical pursuits. In addition, he is the proud owner and operator of a 1946 Ercoupe
