J&G Aviation is deeply saddened by the passing of our founder, Mike Gray.

A luminary in aviation, Mike's passion was kindled by his father, a valiant Word War II P-47 fighter pilot and his Father was always Mike’s beacon for his aviation passion. Mike was a true renaissance man: accomplished soccer player throughout his youth and collegiate days, aviation attorney, a dedicated collegiate professor who mentored countless individuals on their aviation journey (to include our other founder), pilot, aircraft owner, and aircraft builder.

In this time of sorrow, we hold close the love shared with his wife, Jan. While mourning Mike's passing, we find joy in the memories of our time spent with him, grateful for the lasting impact he had on us all.
